EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: All products on this site are printed on demand and are considered "custom" due to the multiple logo and color options. Items sent in error due to size or color, or those that are defective, will be eligible for exchange or a refund. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@graphicimpactmt.com if you need to issue a return. 

PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS: If you chose "Pick Up" at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready.  You can pick up at 1624 West Beall Street - Bozeman, MT 59715 - Please go through the purple door and look for the Graphic Impact logo when picking up your order.

SHIPPING: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for final delivery.
